Initially we will discuss your requirements and listen to your ideas to try and gain an insight into your business and to enable us to quote for your project. We usually do this via telephone or email, if required we can visit you for an informal meeting.
In-depth Website Planning
If you are happy with our quote we will commence with the following;
- Initial research into your project and target audience.
- Organisation of the site structure and navigation system.
- Offering you a choice of designs and colour schemes.
- Discussion of content to be included.
- Keyword analysis for search engine optimisation.
Hosting and Domain Name Registration
By this time we will have agreed on the most suitable domain name and hosting package for your company, we will register the domain name/s and organise the hosting account.
Website Design and Build
Following our detailed planning and research of your project we will begin the design and build process, initially by creating a colour scheme, basic layout and custom graphics. We can then start compiling content and building the site using the following technologies; ASP, Flash, HTML, Javascript and MS Access.
We will keep you closely informed throughout the build process and you will be able to view progress through a restricted area.
Your Website Launch!
When the website is completed you will have the opportunity to make minor changes before launching the site. We will then submit your site to all the major search engines and provide reports of these submissions.
Website Maintenance
We provide several different levels of maintenance packages for a competitive monthly fee. Alternatively we can incorporate a content management system (CMS) within your website which will allow you to easily update it yourself. Sites which are constantly updated encourage repeat visitors and help gain higher page ranking.
